Prices quoted per a Purchase Order Request are based upon the quantity requested/submitted. Any changes in quantity or item may result in a change of price. All Purchase Order sales are considered final. Under this condition, merchandise is NOT returnable unless defective. Exchanges may incur a restocking fee.
